BOOT CAMP
A stationed class that provides calisthenics, plyometrics, and strength training methods. This is a challenging class for all fitness levels.
GUTS AND BUTTS
A quick 30 minute workout for those trouble spots. This workout includes exercises to focus on the butt and abs, toning and tightening to give you a flat stomach!
TOTAL BODY/FULL BODY
Alternating between cardio and toning, you'll do 30 minutes of fat burning cardio and 30 minutes of toning arms, legs, and abdominals. It is your full body workout!
TABATA FUSION
A full-body workout that combines short-burst cardio and strength training. Each workout is unique and will work different areas of the body. Come ready to sweat!
HOOPS Cardio
Hula Hooping burns as many calories as dancing, swimming, cycling, or running. Hula Hooping is also a low impact aerobic activity, meaning that joints are not being pounded into the ground time and time again while also getting an effective cardiovascular workout. Lets crank up the music, keep our core tight, boost our heart rate, and of course HAVE FUN!
STRONG by Zumba
Every move is synced to a beat that will get you moving, toning and sweating in no time. Time will fly in this class with how much time you will be having. This class is for all fitness levels. We have modifications and progressions so you will never be bored. Don't let the Zumba name discourage you. Strong has NO DANCING.
HIIT Express
30min High-intensity interval training ( HIIT ), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise ( HIIE ) or sprint interval training ( SIT ), is a form of interval training , a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.
