QUENEN
Group Fitness Instructor/ Certified Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach
Quenen has been a fitness professional for 10 years. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE & NASM, with a Nutrition Certification through NASM. Quenen teaches a large variety of group classes including Turbokick, PiYo, Insanity, Zumba, P90X, TRX, R.I.P.P.E.D., and Spin, as well as 5 different formats through Les Mills. His passion is to provide an avenue for individuals to create a healthy lifestyle and his ultimate goal is to motivate and educate those needing guidance. With so much information out there, Quenen likes to provide a science based approach to help his clients reach their desired goals as quickly as possible while making it safe and most importantly by "Honoring where your body is at today." Certified Personal Trainer / Group Exercise Instructor/ Nutrition Coach Sheena holds her certifications through NASM and joined SWBFF in the summer of 2017. Her classes, both youth and adult, are structured around building and maintaining a strong foundation. If you have a stable home(mind, body, soul) you are more equipped to handle all that happens in life. |
