PUMP
An energetic class that focuses on toning and defining muscles with the use of weights. Using lower weights and higher reps we will shock your muscle out of plateau and/or avoid plateauing.
This class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. You will be doing calisthenics, plyometrics, and strength training methods through weight or body weight. This is a challenging class for all fitness levels.
WEIGHT CIRCUIT
This circuit training class targets the whole body with different types of resistence, including but not limited to: dumbbells and body weight. Every class is a different muscle group and experience. The combination of resistence and cardio will tone and sculpt your body!
WEIGHT ROOM
Different exercises set up on the machines in the weight room to build strength and build muscles. This class teaches you how to use the machines properly and prevent injury.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
A combination of strength training and aerobic conditioning, alongside a variety of further methods. Strength and conditioning also helps with injury prevention and proper mechanics within daily life.
